These are your responsibilities:

  • You support the head chef in organizing and coordinating kitchen operations.

  • You ensure smooth workflows and are responsible for maintaining kitchen standards regarding quality, presentation, and taste.

  • You lead and train kitchen staff.

  • You oversee and manage inventory levels and orders.

  • You ensure food safety and hygiene regulations.

  • You take responsibility for cost control and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

What you need to bring:

  • You have experience as a sous chef or in a similar position.

  • You possess excellent organizational skills and strategic thinking.

  • You are a team player and foster open and respectful communication.

  • You enjoy working in the kitchen and have a passion for hospitality.
