Seminar and Event Coordinator

The Hotel Schwärzler in Bregenz (Vorarlberg) is a modern, lively 4-star hotel with 106 rooms & suites, Schwärzler Lounge & Bar, A-la-Carte Restaurant Babenwohl, Brasserie Karl with garden, 250 m2 seminar rooms, wellness and fitness area and at the same time the flagship hotel of the family-run "Schwärzler Hotels & Restaurants". This iconic place in Bregenz inspires business travelers, seminar guests, connoisseurs, literary and cultural guests with the highest Vorarlberg comfort, regional culture of pleasure and excellent service quality.

• You are the personal contact person for our seminar guests, from the welcome to the support throughout their stay.

• You are responsible for organizing and preparing the seminar rooms according to the requirements, including technical equipment and room setup.

• You coordinate the seminar breaks (e.g., coffee, snacks, etc.) in close cooperation with the kitchen and service team.

• You actively participate in service during events and seminars to ensure a smooth operation.

• You assist in the execution of events at the hotel, including seating and scheduling planning.

• You ensure that all guest inquiries and requests are handled professionally and promptly.

• You have experience in the service industry and initial professional experience in event management.

• You are passionate about hospitality and customer service.

• Enjoying your work and interacting with people comes naturally to you.

• You have excellent communication skills, flexibility, and team spirit.

• You are highly organized, possess technical skills, and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.

• You have good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.

• Full-time permanent position (5-day week, 40 hours per week).
