These are your responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for guest inquiries and ensure high service quality and guest satisfaction.

  • You proactively handle all guest correspondence and answer phone calls.

  • You are responsible for the professional check-in and check-out of guests, as well as processing payments and invoices.

  • You take on sales activities to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.

  • You are responsible for maintaining and updating guest data, managing reservations, and assisting with administrative tasks.

What you bring:

  • Independent work and attention to detail come naturally to you.

  • You enjoy interacting with guests.

  • A strong service orientation is in your nature.

  • You have good computer skills.

  • Foreign language skills and professional experience are an advantage.
