These are your responsibilities:
You are the primary contact person for guest inquiries, ensuring high service quality and guest satisfaction.
You handle all guest correspondence proactively and competently, and answer phone calls.
You ensure a professional check-in and check-out process for guests, handling payments and invoices.
You engage in sales activities to strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
You are responsible for maintaining and updating guest data, managing reservations, and assisting with administrative tasks.
You collaborate closely with other departments.

You have good IT skills.
Foreign language skills and professional experience are an advantage.
