These are your responsibilities:

  • You are the primary contact person for guest inquiries, ensuring high service quality and guest satisfaction.

  • You handle all guest correspondence proactively and competently, and answer phone calls.

  • You ensure a professional check-in and check-out process for guests, handling payments and invoices.

  • You engage in sales activities to strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.

  • You are responsible for maintaining and updating guest data, managing reservations, and assisting with administrative tasks.

  • You collaborate closely with other departments.
