• You are responsible for the operational management and smooth operation at the reception.

• You foster team development and encourage the assumption of self-responsibility.

• You embody hospitality and place a strong emphasis on high service quality, guest satisfaction, sales, and digitalization.

• You ensure efficient room occupancy and increase revenue through targeted booking strategies.

• You handle the creation of invoices and statements, manage cash transactions, monitor credit card and cash payments, and reconcile them with accounting records.

• You are responsible for customer acquisition and management, and conduct regular sales activities.

• You have several years of experience at the reception and enjoy working independently.

• You are proactive and strive to achieve the best results together with the team.

• Solution-oriented thinking, communication, and structured work are among your strengths.
